Is everything authentic and factory sealed?
Yes. Every item is brand-new and factory sealed in its original packaging. We never weigh, search, open or reseal product.
When will my order arrive?
Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same working day. UK orders are usually delivered within 3 working days. International orders usually take around 7 working days.
How much is UK delivery?
Free on orders over £100. Otherwise Standard is £4.99 and Express is £8.99. Every order is tracked and insured.
How are orders packed?
Booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes go out in fitted protective packaging, so nothing moves around in the parcel.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Return any unopened, sealed item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. See our returns policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to the countries listed at checkout, for £29.99. Import duty or tax may be charged by your country on arrival.
Can you guarantee what cards are inside?
No. Cards are randomised by the manufacturer, so nobody can control what is inside a sealed product.
